Usage
Chinese water chestnut type coating machine is mainly used for the pharmaceutical industry in the compaction of the tablets, pills, and coated particles can also be used in the food industry in the mechanism or candy coating.
The sugar-coated tablet coated after being coating polished has bright and smooth surface. It protects the tablet core from oxidizing and deteriorating, from being affected with damp or volatilizing, it also covers the peculiar smell of tablet core, makes it easy for distinguishing and dissolving in human stomach intestine system.
Working Principle
Pot body clockwise rotation of the pot-chip sub-sub-jet re-syrup and mixed slurry, so that syrup mixture evenly coated on the chip and make sugar-coated tablet in the pot boil, and pass to the pot with hot air to remove the tablet surface water and sugar-coated tablets to be qualified.
With reasonable switching, stable speed to make tablets in the pan to create the best logistic curve, in order to meet the technical requirements package sugar-coated.
