LGJ-10NS freeze dryer (-65ºC electric heating )

Product purpose:
Vacuum freeze dryer is widely used in medicine, pharmacy, biological research, chemical industry, food and other fields.
The freeze-dried articles are easy to be stored for a long time. After adding water, they can return to the state before freeze-drying and maintain the original biochemical characteristics.
Main features:
1. the machine adopts imported brand compressor with stable performance, rapid refrigeration, long service life, low noise, safety and reliability.
2  the cold trap has a large opening and is made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. It has the function of independent pre freezing of early samples. There is no need to be equipped with ultra-low temperature refrigerator or treated with liquid nitrogen.
3. the 7-inch intelligent LCD touch screen control system is adopted, which is simple and convenient to operate and has powerful functions. As the man-machine interface and Chinese (English) convertible interface, the system is equipped with various sensors to display the working time, cold trap temperature, sample temperature and vacuum degree in curve and digital form, and record the drying curve and freeze-drying data
4. industrial PLC operating system, with high control precision, fast operation response speed, stability and reliability.
5. the machine can store hundreds of groups of freeze-drying processes, each group can set 48 sections of freeze-drying data, and is equipped with USB communication interface. The experimental data can be extracted with one key on USB flash disk.
 6. the starting temperature of the vacuum pump can be preset. It is effective to start the vacuum pump when it is lower than the set temperature, so as to prolong the service life of the vacuum pump.
7. the drying room is colorless and transparent, with high transparency, strong tightness, clear and intuitive samples, and the whole process of freeze-drying can be observed.
8. it has the function of cold trap electric heating and defrosting to shorten the waiting time for secondary use.
9. the connection between the vacuum pump and the main engine adopts international standard KF quick connector, which is simple and reliable.
 10. the diaphragm adopts 36V safe voltage heating mode, which makes intelligent temperature rise more stable, safer and more accurate temperature control. The diaphragm heating has overtemperature protection function.
